Bangalore - Tumkur - Tiptur - Arsikere - Kadur - Birur. At Birur five roads circle, turn left and drive 13 kilometers to reach Lingadahalli. Immediately after the forest check post, turn right at the Lingadahalli gas station towards Kemmanagundi. In 8.5 kilometers, you reach Ballavara Post. Turn right at the 'T' Junction in Ballavara (The next 6 kilometers drive to the home stay are bumpy roads, but worth the effort)

Nestled in a scenic valley amidst the environs of Mother Nature on a seven acre Areca nut and Coffee plantation (five hundred meters from Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary) Valley of Birds Homestay is the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate in rural surroundings. Take a long walk in the jungle, visit the famous hills, shrines and water falls of Kemmanagundi or just kick back and enjoy the distance from urbanization.

Home cooked food, Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian/Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and evening tea with snacks. Meals are on a fixed menu basis.

Rs.1750.00 per person per night inclusive of all three meals. Children below 5 years complimentary (share parent's bed) children 6 to 12 years pay 50 percent of adult tariff. The above rates are applicable for additional person/persons sharing the same room. Driver stays free.
