Route Details

MC Resort is located next to Bandipur National Park on the highway connecting Mysore and the hill station of Ooty. Reaching Bandipur by bus is very convenient. All regular and express State Transport buses playing between Ooty and Mysore, pass through the park fringes and the Forest Department Center which is a designated bus stop. It takes 2 hours to reach Bandipur forest from Mysore and about 3 hours from Ooty.

MC Resort is located just at the entrance to the park . The Rooms are pretty decent and was kept clean. Food is good, and served nicely in their restaurent. The campus could have been more beautifull if they would have manicued the garden and put nice plants and more green. Best Experience: The service was good and the atenders and staff was good and decent. Food was good, and they served north Indian food.(Veg and NV). Swimming Pool was excellent. Nature walk was fine. This resort is nearest to the Bandipur forest area. We stayed for one day and paid Rs 5500 for one room including evening safari. The resort is quite good and their service is very nice. little bit expensive but worth spending the goo time in nature.
